Securitisation process is similar to residential although without Lender’s Mortgage Insurance on each transaction. ValueThe way in which Think Tank raise and lend funds enables them to model products very accurately. The pricing of products is simple – the greater the risk – the greater the price. For example the Quick Doc Loan (where no financials are required) at say 75% of a property’s value will be more expensive than a loan where full financials are supplied at 75% of a property’s value.
