Credit Ombudsman Service Limited

Ability Finance is a member of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited. Ability Finance are committed to spending as much time as is required with clients to ensure that all relevant needs and requirements are identified and understood prior to examining the available options from our panel of providers. Ability Finance shall always endeavour to present the options from our panel of lenders in such a manner that a client is able to make an informed decision in an informative environment free of any pressure to act. Should any of our customers feel they have not received the value or service they expected from Ability Finance we encourage them first follow our own internal disputes resolution process by contacting the nominated person indicated in the documentation received from us at the time your application to borrow was actioned. The staff at Ability Finance will do everything in our power to resolve any issues and ensure you are completely satisfied with the result. If for any reason whatsoever clients are not satisfied with the outcome after following our internal resolution procedure they are encouraged to contact the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited as shown below.
