Home Loan Application Supporting Documents will speed up the process;
The following list of documents will help expedite any future home loan application. Documents actually required can vary widely between lenders although the list below covers the minimum home loan application supporting documents that will usually be required.
Income Verification
- Two recent pay slips and last year's group certificate
- A copy of Centrelink benefits received (only if the loan relies on these benefits)
- Self-Employed -Copies of past two years personal and business tax returns.
- Savings - Deposit - Funds to Complete - Generally 5 percent of the property purchase price, as a minimum, needs to be evidenced as saved over preferably 6 months via bank statements, term deposits, or rent paid.
- Rates notice is required for refinances and second home or investment property purchasers.
Debts and Liabilities
- Copy of most recent 6 months personal loan statements or copy of loan agreements
- Recent credit card statements
- Copy of most recent 6 months loan statements for existing mortgages.
Identification
- 100 points of identification drivers licence, passport or birth certificate
