AMP Switching Deposit Products
Effective imediately.
AMP are introducing a new process that will enable customers to switch between similar types of deposit products. This new option means that customers will be able to keep the same account number - no changing of direct debits/periodical payments/salary credits etc.
Customers can find the Request to Switch Deposit Account form on the AMP website.
Accounts that can be switched from:
- - All In One Cash Management Account
- - eASYLiving Account
- - Transact
- - Cash Management Account
- - CMA - AMP Shareholder Option
- - CMA - AMP Select Option
- - eASYCash Management Account
- - eASYTransact
- - AMP First
Accounts that can be switched to:
- - eASYCash Management Account
- - eASYTransact
- - AMP First
Accounts that can not be switched:
- - Term Deposits to another type of product^
- - eASYSaver Account^
- - Business eASYSaver Account^
- - Achievement Share Account*
- - Founding Member Account*
- - Investment Builder Account*
^ nature and terms and conditions for these accounts are not comparable with other products
*specifically as they currently do not allow for access cards and cheque books and are not
considered a “like to like” service
